OP Jindal Community College, a philanthropic initiative by Jindal Steel and Power Ltd (JSPL), has won the ‘2nd FICCI Leap Vault Skills Champion Award’ under the industry category. Dr. Pallam Raju, Honorable Union Minister for Human Resource Development, presented the award to Ms Miriam Carter, Director, OPJCC at the 6th Global Skills Summit organised by FICCI recently.
The award is in recognition of the extraordinary contribution to skills development of the youth of India to meet the requirement of semi-skilled/ skilled workforce in the industries and to improve their employability.
