OPJCC students were among the large crowd of excited youths participating in a recent Skills Mela held in Raigarh. What a proud moment for the College: The banner for the event included two photos of OPJCC Aparajita students, one with PM Modi and the other with the CM at an earlier award ceremony! The highlight of the day's event was the distribution of MMKVY skills development certificates by the CM to passed out students from OPJCC Construction Skills Training Center in Punjipathra and Raigarh Livelihood College, a joint venture between the College and District administration.
